La gestión de producción del hato lechero de la finca “Playa Alta” del cantón Tulcán a través de una aplicación Web

Resumen

El presente artículo se orienta a la implementación de la aplicación Web para la gestión de producción del hato lechero de la finca “Playa Alta”. Esta investigación se desarrolló en el cantón Tulcán, provincia del Carchi, ubicado en el norte de Ecuador. El objetivo es gestionar la producción del hato lechero para brindar facilidad en administrar los datos que permitan conocer sobre las actividades de la finca para mejorar el rendimiento productivo, genético y económico; factores importantes para la finca. La necesidad del levantamiento de datos es prioritario por lo que se usó técnicas de investigación para determinar las necesidades y la situación actual del negocio, la entrevista permitió determinar cuáles son los procesos diarios que se aplica para la explotación lechera como: ganadería lechera, ganadería seca, dietas alimenticias, pastizales y sembríos alternos, por otra parte, la encuesta se usó para levantar información de las necesidades de los trabajadores y administrador que son los que revelaron el enfoque principal de cómo mejorar el control sobre la productividad que tiene la finca y así determinar el beneficio que representa la aplicación web en este sector lechero, la metodología de desarrollo de Software Programación Extrema (XP) por centrarse en la satisfacción del cliente. El contar con la aplicación web permite que este sector cuente con información brindando un panorama de producción del negocio, el mismo que sirve como base para efectuar actividades que vayan en beneficio del mismo.

ABSTRACT

This article is oriented to the implementation of the Web application for the production management of the dairy herd of the "Playa Alta" farm. This research was developed in the canton of Tulcán, province of Carchi, located in the north of Ecuador. The objective is to manage the production of the dairy herd in order to facilitate the administration of data that will allow to know about the activities of the farm to improve the productive, genetic and economic performance; important factors for the farm. The need for data collection is a priority so research techniques were used to determine the needs and the current situation of the business, the interview allowed to determine what are the daily processes that apply to the dairy farm as: Dairy cattle, dry cattle, feed diets, pastures and alternate crops, on the other hand, the survey was used to collect information on the needs of workers and administrator who are the ones that revealed the main focus of how to improve control over the productivity that the farm has and thus determine the benefit that represents the web application in this dairy sector, the methodology of development of Extreme Programming Software (XP) by focusing on customer satisfaction. Having the web application allows this sector to have information providing an overview of business production, which serves as a basis for activities that will benefit it.
