Aplicación Web para la gestión administrativa en la estrategia Plan Vacunarse

Resumen

Durante la pandemia acontecida por el COVID-19, nos enfrentamos con diversos mecanismos para tratar de recabar información, así como para recabar información sobre el proceso de vacunación. La investigación realizada mediante la creación de una aplicación web móvil para mejorar la gestión administrativa de la Coordinación Zonal 05 de Salud en base al plan de vacunación orientado por el gobierno central para centralizar la información que, anteriormente se registraban mediante matrices y hojas de Excel. La aplicación web móvil está desarrollada específicamente para los usuarios sean médicos o enfermeras/ros del ministerio de salud que realizan sus actividades diarias en concordancia con el plan de vacunación para que la información se actualice en tiempo real. Los resultados obtenidos muestran el nivel de participación de la población, la misma que se beneficia por la pronta respuesta del nuevo gobierno y las acciones tomadas para beneficiar a la tasa de decrecimiento de los contagios. La aplicación desarrollada con software libre apoya también a los lineamientos del gobierno, también apoya a que los resultados de la aplicación de vacunas contra el COVID-19 sea transparente y se mantenga la población ecuatoriana informada de dicho proceso.

ABSTRACT

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were confronted with various mechanisms in an attempt to collect information, as well as to collect information on the vaccination process. The research is conducted through the creation of a mobile web app to improve the administrative management of the Zonal Health Coordination 05 based on the vaccination plan oriented by the government to centralize the information that was previously recorded through matrices and Excel sheets. The mobile web application is developed specifically for healthcare professionals, whether they are doctors or nurses from the Ministry of Health who carry out their daily activities in accordance with the vaccination plan so that the information is updated in real time. The results obtained show the level of participation of the population, which benefits from the prompt response of the new government and the actions taken to benefit the decreasing rate of contagion. The application developed with free software also supports the government's guidelines, it also supports the results of the application of vaccines against COVID-19 to be transparent and to keep the Ecuadorian population informed of the process.
