El pase de visita docente asistencial como modalidad de la educación en el trabajo. regularidades y limitaciones en su teoría

Resumen

El pase de visita constituye la más importante modalidad de forma organizativa docente de tipo laboral enmarcada en la educación en el trabajo. En este artículo se realiza una actualización acerca del pase de visita docente asistencial mediante la revisión de los referentes teóricos más importantes, con el propósito de determinar sus regularidades e identificar sus limitaciones teóricas. Entre las regularidades se destacan las siguientes: 1) se resalta la capital importancia que tiene el pase de visita en la formación profesional de los médicos, 2) se reitera la particularidad de cumplir, como actividad, funciones docentes y asistenciales, 3) se destaca el relevante papel del profesor en su conducción y la necesidad de incrementar la preparación de estos en aras de elevar su calidad, al mismo tiempo que se reconoce la complejidad del pase de visita y, derivado de ello, la existencia de dificultades para su sistematización por algunos profesores, y 4) se reconoce la estrecha relación entre el pase de visita y el método clínico, al cual se le considera el elemento conductor del mismo. Adicionalmente, las limitaciones teóricas en el tema identificadas han puesto de manifiesto la necesidad de perfeccionar la función orientadora de dicho cuerpo teórico.

ABSTRACT

The visit pass constitutes the most important modality of educational organizational form of a labor type framed in education at work. In this article, an update is carried out on the teaching assistance visit pass by reviewing the most important theoretical references, in order to determine their regularities and identify their theoretical limitations. Among the regularities, the following stand out: 1) the capital importance of the visiting pass in the professional training of doctors is highlighted, 2) the particularity of fulfilling, as an activity, teaching and care functions is reiterated, 3) it is highlighted the relevant role of the teacher in its management and the need to increase their preparation in order to improve their quality, while recognizing the complexity of the visitation pass and, derived from it, the existence of difficulties for its systematization by some teachers, and 4) the close relationship between the visit pass and the clinical method is recognized, which is considered to be the driving force behind it. Additionally, the identified theoretical limitations on the subject have highlighted the need to improve the guiding function of said theoretical body.
