Comprensión de la relación abogado-cliente

Resumen

En la relación Abogado-Cliente, juega un papel importante la Deontología como ciencia que se refiere al conjunto de normas cuya observancia permite afirmar que una profesión se está ejerciendo correctamente. Existe hoy día una situación respeto al cumplimiento de estos preceptos, lo cual compromete el procesamiento penal. Por tanto, se necesita lograr que los implicados, comprendan los conceptos básicos para lograr la homogeneidad en los procesos y el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la legislación en el debido proceso. Con lo cual se respetará los derechos humanos de los implicados. Por lo que este documento, tiene como objetivo: adquirir conocimientos sobre los preceptos de la relación Abogado-Cliente. Se considera que, si se adquieren estos conocimientos, ambas partes se comportarán y actuarán de la manera adecuada y el juicio se realizará bajo los preceptos establecidos cumpliendo con el debido proceso. Para ello se aplicará como herramienta los mapas conceptuales porque permite el aprendizaje y el conocimiento.

ABSTRACT

In the relation Lawyer-Client, Deontology plays an important role as a science that refers to the set of rules whose observance allows affirming that a profession is being practiced correctly. Nowadays, there is a situation regarding the fulfillment of these precepts, which compromises the criminal prosecution. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve that those involved understand the basic concepts to achieve the homogeneity in the processes and the fulfillment of the legislation in the due process. In this way, the human rights of those involved will be respected. Therefore, the objective of this document is: to acquire knowledge about the precepts of the Attorney-Client relationship. It is considered that, if this knowledge is acquired, both parties will behave and act in the appropriate manner and the trial will be carried out under the established precepts in compliance with due process. To this end, concept maps will be applied as a tool because they allow for learning and knowledge.
