Uso del ORCID como identificador único y universal para investigadores
Resumen
En el artículo se analiza la importancia de adoptar el ORCID como identificador digital para autores, lo cual permitirá la actualización del currículo de investigador y la determinación de métricas en la producción científica. Se muestra también cómo crear y actualizar el perfil, teniendo en cuenta la facilidad de su adopción y su presencia en los sistemas de gestión editorial de las revistas científicas de mayor impacto.

ABSTRACT
The article analyzes the importance of adopting the ORCID as a digital identifier for authors, which will allow the updating of the researcher curriculum and the determination of metrics in scientific production. It also shows how to create and update the profile, taking into account the ease of its adoption and its presence in the editorial management systems of the scientific journals with the greatest impact.Keywords:
