Los proyectos comunitarios, una visión de desarrollo desde el escenario turístico rural

Resumen

El objetivo del trabajo es investigar el turismo comunitario en América Latina con el fin de comprender que es una actividad cuyo génesis se remonta a más de dos décadas, no obstante, se busca las bases que revelen el nacimiento del turismo comunitario cuyo propósito fue el de solventar la crisis económica, el desempleo y los bajos ingresos de los habitantes donde sobresale la organización comunitaria. Para ello, es necesario formular principios que constituyan el eje para articular los proyectos turísticos, razón por la cual se toman en consideración elementos como: se parte de una amplia convocatoria, donde exista una formulación participativa de proyectos con visión, donde el respeto a la diversidad y equidad de género permitan llegar a la sostenibilidad del proyecto turístico. Un tercer momento está dado por la génesis de los proyectos comunitarios y sus beneficios, donde, los proyectos se transforman en una herramienta que busca utilizar los recursos de la comunidad, además de ser un elemento que ayude a la reducción de la pobreza y estimular el incremento de fuentes de empleo en beneficio de la comunidad.

ABSTRACT

The objective of the work is to investigate community tourism in Latin America in order to understand that it is an activity whose genesis goes back more than two decades, however, the bases that reveal the birth of community tourism whose purpose was to solve the economic crisis, unemployment and low income of the inhabitants where the community organization stands out. For this, it is necessary to formulate principles that constitute the axis to articulate tourism projects, which is why elements such as: part of a broad call are taken into account, where there is a participatory formulation of projects with vision, where respect for the diversity and gender equity allow to reach the sustainability of the tourism project. A third moment is given by the genesis of community projects and their benefits, where, the projects are transformed into a tool that seeks to use the resources of the community, in addition to being an element that helps to reduce poverty and stimulate the increase in sources of employment for the benefit of the community.
