Algunas consideraciones sobre la tipicidad en la teoría del delito

Resumen

Se realizó una investigación descriptiva de tipo revisión bibliográfica con el objetivo de mostrar algunas consideraciones sobre la tipicidad en la teoría del delito, tipo, los elementos del tipo (objetivo, Subjetivo: dolo, culpa) y el error de tipo. Se empleó el paradigma cualitativo. Se usaron los métodos generales de investigación como el histórico - lógico, el hermenéutico y el análisis – síntesis. Como técnica se usó el análisis de contenido. La investigación bibliográfica se realizó en el buscador Google, a través del cual se tuvo acceso a diferentes sitios especializados en la temática, así como a artículos de revistas, libros, páginas web de profesionales y páginas temáticas, así como diferentes blogs dedicados a las ciencias jurídicas. Para seleccionar las referencias que se incluyen se tuvo en cuenta la actualidad del tema y que abordaran los temas definidos anteriormente. Se concluye la utilidad de estos métodos con fines de actualización sobre la tipicidad y sus elementos componentes.

ABSTRACT

A descriptive investigation of bibliographic revision type was carried out with the objective of showing some considerations on the typicity in the theory of the crime, type, the elements of the type (objective, Subjective: fraud, fault) and the type error. The qualitative paradigm was used. The general methods of investigation were used as the historical - logical, the hermeneutic and the analysis - synthesis. As a technique, content analysis was used. The bibliographical research was carried out in the Google search engine, through which there was access to different specialized websites, as well as articles in journals, books, web pages of professionals and thematic pages, as well as different blogs dedicated to the legal sciences. In order to select the references that are included, the relevance of the topic was taken into account and they addressed the previously defined topics. The usefulness of these methods is finalized to update the typicity and its component elements
