Análisis sobre la Asociación Latinoamericana de Integración

Abstract

Abordar el derecho comunitario de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Integración (ALADI) obliga a adentrarse en aquellos tratados que forman parte de las fuentes de las que se nutre. Una caracterización del tratado de Montevideo, rasgos del tratado marco, sus características, el tratado como principal fuente de derecho entre otros aspectos son de interés para este artículo que intenta hacer un recuento de cómo se han comportado el recorrido de un tratado que solo intenta llegar, en el largo plazo a un proyecto de integración económica y regional, en donde las naciones pertenecientes logren una integración de intercambio propia de las necesidades de la región.

ABSTRACT

Addressing the community law of the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI) requires entering into those treaties that are part of the sources from which it is nourished. A characterization of the treaty of Montevideo, features of the framework treaty, its characteristics, the treaty as the main source of law among other aspects are of interest for this article that tries to make an account of how they have behaved the route of a treaty that only tries to arrive , in the long term to a project of economic and regional integration, where the member nations achieve an integration of their own exchange of the needs of the region.
