El enfoque de género en las cooperativas no agropecuarias de Pinar del Río, Cuba

Abstract

El presente estudio analiza el enfoque de género en 8 de las 12 Cooperativas, no Agropecuarias (CNA) existentes en el municipio Pinar del Río. Se tuvieron en cuenta para ello desde la perspectiva de la equidad, la cantidad de miembros de la cooperativa, su objeto social, la proporción entre mujeres y hombres que las integran y el desempeño en los cargos de dirección para la toma de decisiones. El mismo expone consideraciones teóricas sobre la teoría de género y el Derecho de cooperativas de acuerdo con el objetivo planteado; así como una caracterización del proceso formativo del jurista en las universidades cubanas. Dentro de los resultados obtenidos se encuentra que el 75.7% de las cooperativas están integradas por hombres y predominan estos en los cargos de dirección.

ABSTRACT

The present study analyzes the gender focus in 8 of the 12 Non Agricultural Cooperatives (CNA) existent in the municipality Pinar del Rio. They were kept in mind for it from the perspective of the justness, the quantity of members of the cooperative, their social object, the proportion among women and men that integrate the they integrate and the acting in the address positions for the taking of decisions. The same one exposes theoretical considerations on the gender theory and the law of cooperative according to the outlined objective; as well as a characterization of the jurist's formative process in the Cuban universities. Inside the obtained results, it is found that 75.7% of the cooperatives is integrated by men and these prevail in the address positions.
