Requerimientos de la formación ambiental posgraduada del maestro primario
Abstract
La formación ambiental posgraduada de los maestros primarios constituye una necesidad. La acertada incorporación de la educación ambiental para el desarrollo sostenible, al proceso pedagógico que dirige la escuela primaria cubana, se sustenta en el currículo, características psicopedagógicas del escolar primario y la problemática ambiental contemporánea. La impartición de un curso de postgrado encaminado a actualizar a estos profesionales a partir de un diagnóstico de potencialidades y necesidades de formación ambiental posgraduada, junto a los criterios emitidos sobre la organización, estructura y contenidos del programa, permitieron al autor de la presente investigación determinar los requerimientos teórico-metodológicos de la formación ambiental posgraduada del maestro primario.

ABSTRACT
Environmental postgraduate training of elementary teachers constitutes a need. The successful incorporation of environmental education for sustainable development, to the pedagogical process which directs the Cuban elementary school, is based on the curriculum, psycho-pedagogical characteristics of the elementary school student and contemporary environmental problems. Teaching a postgraduate course aimed at updating these professionals based on a diagnosis of potential and postgraduate environmental training needs together with the criteria issued on the organization, structure and contents of the program allowed the author of the present research to determine the theoretical-methodological requirements of postgraduate environmental training of the elementary teacher.
