Abstract

En el artículo se realiza un estudio de los factores que inciden en la satisfacción de los usuarios del Sistema Metrovía que utiliza en la ciudad de Guayaquil, que desde sus inicios ha transportado más de  807.835.920 millones de pasajeros. Con el pasar del tiempo se han venido presentando inconvenientes, que para los usuarios son problemas que no se resuelven y que solo realizan soluciones que solo duran corto tiempo.

ABSTRACT
The article is a study of the factors that affect users’ satisfaction of the Metrovía System of Guayaquil, which since its inception has transported more than 807, 835,920 million passengers. As time has passed by,  inconveniences have appeared, which for users are problems that are not solved, only temporary solutions which last a short time.
