Challenges of contemporary collective labor conflict

Abstract

The Ecuador starting from the 2008 elaborates a Constitution framed in a philosophy Neo constitutionalist that settles down like part of its central axis the protection of rights, settling down in wide form and also, the guarantees to exercise them. Inside these guarantees he/she can mention himself the new conflicts and it’s the evolution in the communities. In other words, of the changes operated in the system of labor relationships and of the repercussions that derive for the morphology of the industrial, such conflict of them and I eat this it has been conceived, adding of the new conflicts that you/they are appearing as consequence of the economic and social transformations. These last ones are determining the new profiles of the conflict with multiple and diverse natures. For the sake of the clarity expositive they are contained in function of the scenario in which you/they are verified: those that affect to the economic system in their group, those that affect to the morphology and organization of the company, and those that refer to the same work, to their new composition and their new organization systems. In definitive, the conflicts or wars in general originate for an opposition of interests of the parts. In the effective social structure in the Ecuador foments a permanent conflict among those that have many resources and most lacking. The conflicts in social matter originate, among other causes, for an unjust distribution of the wealth and while this it subsists, social, economic and political conflicts can exist.  The conceptualization not only artificial but social of the Collective Conflict, it is part of a general vision of the society, where the imbalance and the injustice are their more characterized causes.
