La relación del CUM con el gobierno, las empresas y la sociedad: experiencia en Abreus y Palmira.

Abstract

El tema que analiza las relaciones entre las Universidades con el Gobierno, las Empresas y la Sociedad, es de actualidad, y se constituye como eje en este trabajo, cuyo objetivo es la realización de un análisis teórico de la evolución del vínculo Universidad – Empresa – Gobierno – Sociedad, desde la concepción del municipio y la gestión del conocimiento en el desarrollo local, como fundamentos en las perspectivas del diagnóstico de necesidades, que muestra la experiencia de los Centros Universitarios Municipales de Palmira y Abreus, a partir del análisis teórico de contenidos que integran la evolución histórica de dicho vínculo y del municipio en el desarrollo local, la gestión del conocimiento y el diagnóstico de necesidades. Los resultados apuntan que el análisis teórico del tema favoreció el reconocimiento de su evolución histórica y la retroalimentación de las concepciones de actualidad, así, avalan lo oportuno del vínculo de los Centros Universitarios Municipales con las Empresas y los Gobiernos en beneficio de la Sociedad, demostrando que la gestión del conocimiento, es una riqueza potencial, luego, la realización de diagnósticos y la identificación de necesidades de conocimiento, se constituye como una herramienta que supone revertir la realidad manifiesta en dichos vínculos, favoreciendo el desarrollo local.

ABSTRACT
The topic that analyzes the relationship between Universities and the Government, Companies and Society, is a topical one, and it is constituted as the axis of this work, whose objective is the realization of a theoretical analysis of the evolution of the link University - Company - Government - Society, from the conception of the municipality and the management of knowledge in local development, as foundations in the perspectives of the diagnosis of needs, which shows the experience of the Municipal University Centers of Palmira and Abreus, from the theoretical analysis of contents that integrate the historical evolution of such link and of the municipality in local development, knowledge management and diagnosis of needs. The results point out that the theoretical analysis of the subject favored the recognition of its historical evolution and the feedback of the current conceptions, thus, they endorse the opportuneness of the link of the Municipal University Centers with the Companies and the Governments in benefit of the Society, demonstrating that the management of knowledge, is a potential wealth, then, the realization of diagnoses and the identification of knowledge needs, is constituted as a tool that supposes to revert the reality manifested in these links, favoring the local development.
