LA PRÁCTICA PEDAGÓGICA EN LA FORMACIÓN DE DOCENTES.

Abstract

La práctica pedagógica es un elemento esencial en la formación docente. Es el espacio de actuación en el cual se evidencian el saber, la competencia pedagógica y el ejercicio ético-político de la acción docente. Por lo tanto, la práctica pedagógica debe estar inserta en la formación inicial de los docentes y se debe cultivar la reflexión constante sobre ella como posibilidad para la construcción del saber pedagógico. Palabras claves: Práctica, pedagogía, docente, formación inicial. ABSTRACT Pedagogical practice is an essential element in the formation of a teacher. It is the acting space where the knowledge, the pedagogic competence and the ethical-political exercise of the teaching action become evident. Therefore, pedagogical practice must be inserted in the initial formation of the teachers and constant reflection must be encouraged as a possibility to construct the pedagogical knowledge.
