Planificación económica pilar fundamental en la dirección de una organización presupuestada.

Abstract

El presente documento, tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre las características e importancia de la planificación económica  como eje fundamental en la dirección en nuestras entidades, se recopilaron materiales, así como se hizo la búsqueda bibliográfica que permitió además la revisión de las metodologías existentes y de documentos contables de la institución. En  el  trabajo se aborda el surgimiento y desarrollo de la planificación económica, así como la forma en que ésta se realiza en  la Educación Superior.

ABSTRACT

The present investigation approaches the economic planning as a part of the management. The principal objective is to know about the characteristics and importance of the economic planning for elaborating the preliminary design of budget of the institution for next years. This work highlights the importance of the budget, as well as its main ones characteristic and classifications showing it as an element of planning and control expressed in economic-financial terms. The budget, in the mark of a strategic plan, is a tool that promotes the integration in the different areas that make up the entity.
