Evaluación ex-post de proyectos de desarrollo de fincas agroforestales en zona de pre montaña

Abstract

En Cuba y América Latina varios han sido los proyectos que han tenido un impacto nulo y a veces negativo en el desarrollo económico del país; imponiéndose como necesidad la eficiencia en el proceso inversionista. La problemática resulta de gran significación, novedad científica y actualidad, dado el insuficiente desarrollo de la teoría y la práctica. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo evaluar el impacto de intervenciones dirigidas al desarrollo de fincas agroforestales en zona de pre montaña. Con los resultados obtenidos se evaluaron indicadores de ejecución, impacto y otros, que permitieron cuantificar la gestión de las inversiones en el sector agrario.

ABSTRACT

In Cuba and Latin America, there have been several projects that have had  null or sometimes negative impact in the economic development of the country,becoming the efficiency in the investment process a major need. The problem is of a great significance, scientific novelty and topicality, due to  the insufficient development of theory and practice. This project was aimed to assess the impact of interventions directed to the development of agrarian forest farms in mountainous areas. Implementation indicators, impact and others were assessed with the achieved results that allowed to quantify the management of the investments in the agrarian sector.
