La gestión administrativa y la competitividad de las microempresas durante y post la emergencia por Covid-19
Abstract
El año 2020 ha sido escenario mundial de la pandemia generada por el COVID-19. Garantizar la competitividad de las microempresas durante y después de la emergencia, representa una tarea de subsistencia. Significativo ha sido el impacto para las microempresas en el Ecuador. Cuantificar el impacto generado por el COVID-19 representaría una alternativa para trazar nuevas estrategias empresariales. La presente investigación propone una solución a la problemática planeada a partir de un estudio sobre la gestión administrativa y la competitividad de las microempresas durante y post la emergencia por COVID-19. Se hace una comparación de los principales indicadores de competitividad económica. Por último, se realiza un análisis estadístico de las afectaciones en regiones del Ecuador.

ABSTRACT
The year 2020 was marked with a world scenario from the pandemic generated by COVID-19. Ensuring the competitiveness of micro-enterprises during and after the emergency represents a subsistence task. Significant has been the impact for microenterprises in Ecuador. Quantifying the impact generated by COVID-19 would represent an alternative to chart new business strategies. The present investigation proposes a solution to the planned problem based on a study on administrative management and the competitiveness of micro-enterprises during and after the covid-19 emergency. A comparison of the main indicators of economic competitiveness is made. Finally, a statistical analysis of the damages in regions of Ecuador is carried out.Keywords:
