Evaluación de la percepción del clima laboral en estudiantes universitarios
Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo conocer algunos factores del clima laboral de los estudiantes de la jornada nocturna de la carrera de ingeniería comercial de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad de Guayaquil, usando una metodología descriptiva y exploratoria y como instrumento la encuesta. Los resultados mostraron una muy dividida opinión con respecto al ambiente en sus empresas y la influencia de sus directivos en el clima laboral de sus organizaciones. Palabras clave: Clima laboral, organización, talento humano. ABSTRACT The objective of this paper tries to know some factors of the laboring environment of the students of the nocturnal time of the Commercial engineering career of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the University of Guayaquil, using a descriptive and exploratory methodology and as instrument, the survey. The results showed a divided opinion regarding the environment in their companies and the influence of their managers in the laboring environment of their organizations.
