Desafíos y oportunidades del aprendizaje profesional en América Latina y el Caribe

Resumen

Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los desafíos y oportunidades que enfrenta el aprendizaje profesional en América Latina y el Caribe, y proponer estrategias para abordar estos desafíos. A través de una revisión de literatura, este estudio ha examinado y analizado investigaciones relevantes. Se encontró que el aprendizaje profesional en esta región enfrenta desafíos como la escasez de recursos humanos, la baja calidad educativa y la falta de apoyo político. Sin embargo, las iniciativas políticas y el desarrollo tecnológico ofrecen importantes oportunidades para el aprendizaje profesional. Para abordar estos desafíos, este estudio propone estrategias como ampliar las vías de aprendizaje profesional, fomentar la participación docente y establecer mecanismos de evaluación efectivos. La innovación de este estudio radica en proponer soluciones viables específicas para el entorno educativo y los problemas particulares de América Latina y el Caribe. Los resultados de la investigación tienen un impacto significativo en la formulación de políticas educativas y prácticas, contribuyendo al desarrollo educativo y a la mejora de la calidad educativa en América Latina y el Caribe.

 ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by professional learning in Latin America and the Caribbean and propose strategies to address these challenges. Through a literature review, this study has examined and analyzed relevant research. It was found that professional learning in this region faces challenges such as a shortage of human resources, low educational quality, and lack of policy support. However, policy initiatives and technological advancements offer significant opportunities for professional learning. To address these challenges, this study proposes strategies such as expanding professional learning pathways, fostering teacher participation, and establishing effective assessment mechanisms. The innovation of this study lies in proposing specific viable solutions for the educational environment and the particular issues of Latin America and the Caribbean. The research findings have a significant impact on the formulation of educational policies and practices, contributing to educational development and the improvement of educational quality in Latin America and the Caribbean.
