Bibliometría sobre la cultura organizacional en el sector de la salud, ante la COVID-19.

Resumen

La cultura organizacional incide en el comportamiento de los empleados de las organizaciones, y en el resultado que estas alcanzan. Las nuevas condiciones ante la COVID-19 obligan a cambiar el comportamiento de sus trabajadores en el sector de los servicios de salud. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue realizar un estudio bibliométrico sobre el abordaje de la cultura organizacional en el sector de la salud, del 2017 al 2021 en la base de datos ScienceDirect, además de identificar las transformaciones en la cultura organizacional ante la COVID-19. Para ello se realizó un estudio bibliométrico de la producción científica en el sector de la salud que permitió una búsqueda parametrizada para determinar las tendencias de la cultura organizacional y sus principales atributos para su definición y caracterización, además de un análisis de redes mediante el empleo del software UCINET, y la determinación de las líneas de investigación del contenido tratado. Se aprecia una tendencia hacia ambientes de responsabilidad, en países europeos y en países de América Latina hacia el reforzamiento de la educación médica como vía para alcanzar la cultura y el comportamiento requerido en la actual condición.

ABSTRACT

The organizational culture affects the behavior of the employees of the organizations, and the result they achieve. The new conditions in the face of COVID-19 force a change in the behavior of their workers in the health services sector. The objective of this work was to carry out a bibliometric study on the approach to organizational culture in the health sector, from 2017 to 2021 in the ScienceDirect database, in addition to identifying the transformations in organizational culture in the face of COVID-19. For this, a bibliometric study of scientific production in the health sector was carried out, which allowed a parameterized search to determine the trends of the organizational culture and its main attributes for its definition and characterization, in addition to an analysis of networks through the use of the UCINET software, and the determination of the research lines of the treated content. There is a trend towards environments of responsibility, in European countries and in Latin American countries towards the reinforcement of medical education as a way to achieve the culture and behavior required in the current condition.
