El sistema informático “Business Intelligence” y la argumentación jurídica por su uso en el ámbito judicial

Resumen

La Justicia Ecuatoriana maneja un sistema clásico para la gestión de documentación el cual aún existe documentos físicos, pero las plataformas digitales y sus diferentes usos permiten a las instituciones públicas manejar datos en tiempo real basados en caracteres alfanuméricos, en este caso de denuncias, causas pendientes y procesadas, sentencias entre otros. El sistema Business Intellegence puede hacer conexión con el sistema de la Función Judicial y extraer información precisa del mismo para que el estado ecuatoriano pueda tomar acciones a través de la constitución para dar soluciones efectivas y se garantice la seguridad jurídica. Cabe recalcar que para esta investigación se utilizó la metodología deductiva, inductiva, descriptiva y jurídica para obtener los resultados esperados dentro en esta investigación.

ABSTRACT

The Ecuadorian Justice manages a classic system for the management of documentation which still exists physical documents, but digital platforms and their different uses allow public institutions to manage data in real time based on alphanumeric characters, in this case of complaints, pending and processed cases, sentences among others. The Business Intellegence system can make a connection with the Judicial Function system and extract accurate information from it so that the Ecuadorian state can take actions through the constitution to provide effective solutions and ensure legal certainty. It should be emphasized that for this research the deductive, inductive, descriptive and legal methodology was used to obtain the expected results in this research.
