El impacto de los derechos humanos en la justicia para todos

Resumen

La investigación parte con el análisis desde el surgimiento del movimiento de derechos humanos en el siglo XVIII, apreciando tres generaciones, a lo largo de la historia su evolución e impacto en las políticas públicas al devenir del tiempo, el objetivo de esta investigación fue conocer el impacto de los derechos humanos en la justicia para todos, sin discriminar el lugar, espacio o clase social, se realizó una investigación bibliográfica de los principales aspectos que han marcado el desarrollo y evolución de los derechos humanos hasta la actualidad sus cambios e impactos en diferentes sociedades. La investigación mostro resultados en lo que corresponde a impacto en las sociedades contemporáneas indicando lo perjudicial que sería aplicarse de manera indiscriminada a una sociedad fragmentada, Mediante el análisis bibliográfico podemos observar el avance histórico que ha tenido el tema de derechos humanos a lo largo de la historia y como diferentes actores sociales se han inmiscuido en el rol de protectores de los mismos como conclusión podemos manifestar El impacto de los derechos humanos en la sociedad actual ha sufrido variaciones desde el momento de sus inicios hasta la actualidad es importante conocer sus antecedentes y los grupos que están enfocados para su defensa.

ABSTRACT

The research starts with the analysis of the emergence of the human rights movement in the eighteenth century, appreciating three generations, throughout history, its evolution and impact on public policies over time, the objective of this research was to know the impact of human rights on justice for all, regardless of place, space or social class, a bibliographic research was conducted on the main aspects that have marked the development and evolution of human rights until today, its changes and impacts on different societies. The research showed results regarding the impact on contemporary societies, indicating how harmful it would be to apply indiscriminately to a fragmented society. Through the bibliographic analysis we can observe the historical progress that has had the theme of human rights throughout history and how different social actors have been involved in the role of protectors of human rights as a conclusion we can state. The impact of human rights in today's society has undergone variations from the time of its inception until today is important to know their background and the groups that are focused for their defense.
