Análisis del derecho a la alimentación de personas en grupos vulnerables por enfermedades catastróficas

Resumen

En la presente investigación se parte de la idea de realizar un análisis crítico del derecho a la alimentación de un grupo poblacional vulnerable, como lo son los pacientes con enfermedades catastróficas. Para tratar el tema, se apoya en un conjunto de indicadores que sirven de guía para el control y evaluación de esta temática. Se utilizaron los siguientes métodos: del nivel teórico el inductivo – deductivo, analítico –sintético, dentro de los empíricos se encuentran la encuesta, observación científica, además se empleó la estadística descriptiva e inferencial. Se expone como objetivo aplicar un conjunto de indicadores para el análisis del derecho a la alimentación de personas con enfermedades catastróficas. A partir de los resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación, se pudo constatar la necesidad de profundizar en esta temática.

ABSTRACT

This research is based on the idea of carrying out a critical analysis of the right to food of a vulnerable population group, such as patients with catastrophic diseases. To address this issue, it is based on a set of indicators that serve as a guide for the monitoring and evaluation of this issue. The following methods were used: at the theoretical level, inductive - deductive, analytical - synthetic, within the empirical ones are the survey, scientific observation, and descriptive and inferential statistics were also used. The objective is to apply a set of indicators for the analysis of the right to food of people with catastrophic diseases. From the results obtained in the present research, it was possible to confirm the need to go deeper into this subject.
