Formación de semilleros en producción científica a partir del trabajo en equipo desde los proyectos institucionales

Resumen

La investigación que a continuación se describe tuvo como objetivo analizar la formación de semilleros en producción científica a partir del trabajo en equipo desde los proyectos institucionales, la experiencia en el desarrollo investigativo del binomio docentes/estudiantes de La Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí (ULEAM), en la extensión Sucre-Bahía de Caráquez, Ecuador. Se aplicó una metodología con enfoque mixto (cuantitativo y cualitativo), además, se utilizó el método Delphi, la técnica de la encuesta ayudó a confrontar datos desde el objeto de estudio, la investigación fue descriptiva y documental. Se inicia con la revisión de los productos: ponencias/artículos científicos/libros/capítulos de libros publicados a nivel regional y de alto impacto, generados por los estudiantes y egresados consultados. Se concluye con el aporte de la actividad investigativa generada por el binomio docentes/estudiantes, cuyo aporte, no solamente, ha permitido la gestión de un nuevo conocimiento sino también el acercamiento de los estudiantes a la realidad de los problemas de su entorno local, cantonal, territorial, al igual que el fortalecimiento de sus conocimientos profesionales y con ello la contribución de la academia a la solución de los problemas que afectan el desarrollo y la mejora de las poblaciones circundantes hacia la construcción de una sociedad más equitativa y solidaria, creando en los semilleros una aptitud productiva que se visualiza en los futuros profesionales.

 ABSTRACT

The objective of the research described below was to analyze the formation of seedbeds in scientific production based on teamwork from institutional projects, the experience in the research development of the teacher/student binomial of the Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí (ULEAM) in the Sucre-Bahía de Caráquez extension, Ecuador. A methodology with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative) was applied and, in addition, the Delphi method. The survey technique helped to compare data from the object of study, and the research was descriptive and documentary. It begins with the review of the products: presentations/scientific articles/books/book chapters published at a regional level and of high impact, generated by the students and graduates consulted. It concludes with the contribution of the research activity generated by the teacher/student binomial, whose contribution has allowed not only new knowledge management but also the approach of students to the reality of the problems of their local, cantonal environment. , territorial, as well as the strengthening of their professional knowledge and, along with it, the contribution of the academy to the solution of problems that affect the development and improvement of the surrounding populations towards the construction of a more equitable and supportive society, creating in seedbeds a productive aptitude seen in future professionals.
