Development of tourism-recreational complexes: place of modeling methods.

Resumen

ABSTRACT

Mathematics plays an important role in the tourism industry by providing a systematic approach to decision making, helping to optimize resources and improving the overall efficiency of the industry. Considering this, the article studies the modeling of the development of tourist-recreational complexes, showing in parallel its relationship with the directions of state policy in the field of tourism. It was arrived at that the tourist models are divided into groups according to their structure, analyzing in the investigation the specific characteristics of the models included in each group. These include econometric models that are important for forecasting and regulating tourist activities, and optimization models aimed at improving the organizational and technological structure of tourist facilities. It is noteworthy that given the complexity of the tourism phenomenon, the models usually present high uncertainty, and their treatment must have a multidisciplinary vision.

RESUMEN

Las matemáticas juegan un papel importante en la industria del turismo al proporcionar un enfoque sistemático para la toma de decisiones, ayudar a optimizar los recursos y mejorar la eficiencia general de la industria. Considerando esto, el artículo estudia la modelización del desarrollo de complejos turístico-recreativos mostrándose paralelamente su relación con las direcciones de la política estatal en el campo del turismo. Se arribó a que los modelos turísticos se dividen en grupos según su estructura analizándose en la investigación las características específicas de los modelos incluidos en cada grupo. Entre estos destacan los modelos econométricos que son importantes para la previsión y regulación de las actividades turísticas, y los modelos de optimización destinados a mejorar la estructura organizativa y tecnológica de las instalaciones turísticas. Es de destacar que dada la complejidad del fenómeno del turismo los modelos presentan usualmente una elevada incertidumbre, y su tratamiento debe tener una visión multidisciplinaria.
