“Teatro de los elementos”: Fortalecimiento institucional desde la colaboración internacional y su inserción en Proyectos de Desarrollo Local en el municipio de Cumanayagua.

Resumen

Teatro de los elementos, grupo teatral con más de 25 años de fundado radica desde 1991 en el asentamiento “El Jobero”, municipio de Cumanayagua, provincia de Cienfuegos, Cuba. Por su trayectoria en la comunidad recibió el Premio Nacional de Cultura Comunitaria 2021. El objetivo del trabajo es mostrar la influencia que ha tenido la actividad de colaboración internacional y la gestión de proyectos en el desempeño del grupo. Se utilizó un diseño de investigación transversal, con herramientas como la entrevista participativa y la revisión documental. Se concluye, que el crecimiento institucional ha estado marcado desde sus inicios por una apertura a la colaboración internacional y la solidaridad. El Proyecto Jobero verde, “sendero turístico, arte en el campo” constituyó el primer proyecto de Desarrollo local en el municipio, colocó su producto en las principales agencias turísticas del país, con un flujo de visitantes que permitió ingresos para aportar al Consejo de la Administración Municipal y utilizar en la reproducción ampliada del proyecto. Destacar dentro de las lecciones aprendidas, que para fortalecer la gestión de Proyectos se requiere, además de la iniciativa institucional, movilizar los recursos locales y convocar actores fundamentales del territorio, y que los Gobiernos locales participen activamente en la gestión de proyectos.

 ABSTRACT

Theater of the elements, theatrical group with more than 25 years of having been founded settles from 1991 in the town "The Jobero", municipality of Cumanayagua, county of Cienfuegos, Cuba. It reports a vast experience in street theater; pioneer in Play back theater or spontaneous theater and for their trajectory in the community received the National Prize Culture community 2021.The investigation approaches the results reached from the international collaboration, the solidarity and the projects management. The used methods in this work were the interview and the documentary revision. It concludes that institutional growth has been marked from its beginnings for an opening to the international collaboration and the solidarity that has fostered its development, independently of the country’s economic fluctuations. The conception of the Project green Jobero, "tourist path, art in the field" it constituted the first project of local development in the municipality of Cumanayagua, it placed their tourist product in the main tourist agencies of the country, with a flow of visitors that reported income to contribute to the municipal administration Council and to use for the enlarged reproduction of the project. In the lessons learned it is highlighted that in order to strengthen projects management, it is required, in addition to the institutional initiative itself, to mobilize local resources based on the endogenous potentialities and to convene fundamental actors of the territory and that local governments actively participate in the management of projects.
