LAS COMPLEJIDADES DE LA PERCEPCIÓN DE LOS PROCESOS CIENTÍFICO-TECNOLÓGICOS Y EL LUGAR DE LA EDUCACIÓN EN CIENCIA, TECNOLOGÍA Y SOCIEDAD (CTS).

Resumen

La coordinación de objetivos, y la significación valorativa entre los diferentes actores que participan en el uso, transmisión, diseño e implementación de políticas tecnológicas y científicas, es una tarea complicada. La disparidad de puntos de vistas, de nivel de información, prioridades y grados de influencias que tienen sobre esos procesos, concurren en la representación e imágenes que se hacen distintos sujetos de sus impactos en el nivel comunitario y a escala de la sociedad toda. Procesos como el de la transferencia continua de conocimientos y de tecnologías, innovación, asimilación de know how, sistemas, equipos y productos, modelan las visiones de diferentes grupos sociales en un espacio sociocultural, y preconciben la aceptación de patrones materiales y culturales que puede enajenarlos de su efectivo papel en el desarrollo científico – tecnológico. ABSTRACT The coordination of objectives, and the valuing meaning between the different actors who participate in the use, transmission, design and implementation of technological and scientific policies, is a complicated task. The disparity of points of view, of level of information, priorities and degrees of influences that they have on those processes, concurs in the representation and images that become different subjects from their impacts in the communitarian level and concerning the society all. Processes like the one of the continuous transference of knowledge and technologies, innovation, assimilation of know how, systems, equipment and products, model the visions of different social groups in a sociocultural space, and preconceive the acceptance of material and cultural patrons that can alienate them of its effective paper in the scientific development.
