El femecidio realidad lacerante en la mujer ecuatoriana

Resumen

Noticias e imágenes estremecedoras de niñas y mujeres que son víctimas de maltrato físico extremo se ve todos los días. Parece no tener fin la violencia física, sexual y psicológica a la que sobreviven cada instante miles de mujeres sin importar su edad, raza, religión, condición socioeconómica y nivel educativo. Es necesario conocer de una manera profunda lo manifestado en el Código Orgánico Integral Penal en cuanto a las sanciones del delito de femicidio y exponer las 4 circunstancias agravantes en su Art. 142. El objetivo es realizar un análisis doctrinario del femicidio verdadero problema en nuestra actualidad, que se ha incrementado la brutal violencia con que ciertas mujeres han sido asesinadas, ya sea por factores sentimentales, odio, género, laboral etc. A lo largo de la historia, la mujer ha sido considerada un objeto más de la sociedad, a quien no se ha respetado sus derechos, es así como en Ecuador existe la necesidad de erradicar la violencia de género, pues aún observamos impactantes noticias a través de los medios escritos y hablados, la manifestación de este tipo de violencia hacia las mujeres por calumnias, riñas, golpes, etc. y en muchos casos como consecuencia el cometimiento del delito de femicidio.

ABSTRACT

Shocking news and images of girls and women who are victims of extreme physical abuse are seen every day. There seems to be no end to the physical, sexual and psychological violence that thousands of women survive every moment regardless of their age, race, religion, socioeconomic status and educational level. It is necessary to know in a deep way what is manifested in the Integral Organic Penal Code regarding the sanctions of the crime of femicide and to expose the 4 aggravating circumstances in its Art. 142. The objective is to carry out a doctrinal analysis of the real problem of femicide in our actuality, which has increased the brutal violence with which certain women have been murdered, either by sentimental factors, hatred, gender, work, etc. Throughout history, women have been considered an object of society, whose rights have not been respected. Thus, in Ecuador there is a need to eradicate gender violence, since we still observe shocking news through the written and spoken media, the manifestation of this type of violence against women through slander, fights, beatings, etc. and in many cases as a consequence of committing the crime of femicide.
