La internacionalización de la educación superior: importancia de la participación de los docentes en redes

Resumen

La internacionalización es considerada como una de las tendencias actuales de la educación superior, está vinculada con el desarrollo científico técnico, apoyada en las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones y en ella está presente la mirada que apunta a la “sociedad global” y a la “sociedad del conocimiento”. Es considerada como una respuesta de la educación superior a los procesos de globalización y a lo que se ha dado en llamar “la aldea global”, en algunos casos basándose en la cooperación en busca del desarrollo y la excelencia universitaria y en otros casos apunta a la imposición de los referentes. Es objetivo de la presente ponencia, el socializar y motivar entre los docentes y autoridades la importancia de la internacionalización para el logro de la calidad de los procesos sustantivos y de apoyo; así como un elemento clave en el logro de la excelencia universitaria. Internacionalizarse es la vía que tienen las instituciones de educación superior para abrirse al mudo, para dar lo mejor de sí y recibir también lo mejor de otras universidades; garantizando con ello su visibilidad y participación en las transformaciones que como tendencia positiva existe en el mundo del conocimiento.

ABSTRACT

The internationalization is considered as one of the current tendencies of the superior education, it is linked with the technical scientific development, supported in the technologies of the information and the communications and in her it is present the look that points to the global society and the society of the knowledge". it is considered as an answer from the superior education to the globalization processes and that that it has been given in calling the global village", in some cases being based on the cooperation in search of the development and the university excellence and in other cases it points to the imposition of the relating ones. It is objective of the present report, the to socialize and to motivate between the educational ones and authorities the importance of the internationalization for the achievement of the quality of the processes nouns and of support; as well as a key element in the achievement of the university excellence. To be internationalized is the road that you/they have the institutions of superior education to open up to the silent one, to give the best thing of yes and to also receive the best in other universities; guaranteeing with it their visibility and participation in the transformations that I eat positive tendency exists in the world of the knowledge.
