Abstract

Esta investigación refiere a los derechos humanos como requisito necesario en una sociedad inherentes a todas las personas, sin distinción alguna de sexo, nacionalidad, origen étnico, lengua, religión o cualquier otra condición. Es un tema cuyo análisis y reflexión provoca fascinación cuya idea es determinar si los mismos son aplicados en nuestra sociedad. En un período no tan lejano como es el inicio de la segunda mitad del siglo XX, en estos últimos años, se ha agudizado considerablemente las disputas, debates y se hecho más frecuente en la palestra internacional las intervenciones en torno al problema de los Derechos Humanos, pese de tener muchos convenios internacionales ratificados, es importante revisar si estos se cumplen, para el bienestar de las personas.

ABSTRACT

This research refers to human rights as a necessary requirement in a society inherent to all people, without distinction of r sex, nationality, ethnic origin, language, religion, or any other condition. It is a subject whose analysis and reflection provokes fascination whose idea is to determine if they are applied in our society. In a period not so distant as the beginning of the second half of the 20th century, in recent years, disputes, debates have sharpened considerably, and interventions around the problem of Human Rights have become more frequent in the international arena, Despite having many ratified international conventions, it is important to check whether they are being met, for the well-being of the people.
