Diseño de un sistema informatizado basado en inteligencia de negocios en el Astillero Mariel

Resumen

Facilitar y lograr el apoyo a la toma de decisiones en las empresas proporciona el desarrollo y la prosperidad de las mismas, solo que para ello no es suficiente con la informatización de estas, para realizarlo de forma considerada es vital contar con un sistema donde se combinen las herramientas informáticas necesarias y se enfatice en la Inteligencia de Negocios. El Astillero Mariel presenta como dificultad principal que posee sus datos en diferentes sistemas, como son el Departamento de Contabilidad, Comercial, Recursos Humanos, ATM y Producción y estos a su vez no se encuentran relacionados de forma informatizada entre sí. Es por ello que esta investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar un sistema basado en inteligencia de negocios en el Departamento Comercial del Astillero Mariel. Demostrando de forma parcial los resultados que pudieran obtenerse. La propuesta fue diseñada con una muestra de datos reales de los años 2018 y 2019, a partir de lo cual se demuestra la viabilidad del modelo diseñado y su apoyo a la toma de decisiones.

ABSTRACT

To facilitate and to accomplish the support on the decisions making at the enterprices gives the development and the prosperity for there, it is only thet it is not enough with the informatization of these, to fulfill it on a considered fashion it is vital to count on a system where informatics tools are combined and making empathize on business intelligence. The Astilleros Mariel presents as a main difficulty that owes its data on different systems, such as, the Accounting Departament, Commercial, Human Resources, ATM and Production and these at the same time are not related on an informatized fashion amongst there. It is this why this investigation had as objective to design a system based on business intelligence at the Commercial Department form the Astilleros Mariel. Showing Partially the outcomes that may be obtained. The proposal was designed with a real data sample from the 2018 and 2019 years, starting from that which is demonstrated the viability of the designed pattern and their support to the taking of decisions.
