Estado y sociedad al borde del siglo XXI: tensiones y emergencia

Resumen

El estudio busca analizar las configuraciones y nuevas formas que ha adoptado el Estado y la sociedad en el preámbulo del siglo XXI. Dos estructuras dentro de dos proyectos en la misma dirección: globalización y posmodernidad. Los alcances muestran que, en la escena mundial, la dilatación de fuerzas anónimas de un corpus estrictamente globalizador ha hecho de que aumenten las desigualdades, las protestas sociales, la vulneración de derechos, el cuestionamiento de tratados y la pérdida de identidades geo-culturales. La amenaza acrecienta, si a éste se añade, como último, calamidades climatológicas, guerras, terrorismo, pobreza, violencia e inseguridad planetaria, creación de armas nucleares o bioquímicas, etc. Bajo estas líneas, la desprotección de la sociedad ante el Dios-Mercado, ha hecho que la gran mayoría asuma comportamientos de consumo irresponsable, y que la vida misma, se mercantilice y tenga su precio de oferta. A la par, la fragilidad de los Estados e instituciones gubernamentales los ha conducido a que sus tierras sean profanadas por colosales maquinarias asociadas al capitalismo extractivo y demás derivados. El abanico es amplio, y detectar el problema y la respuesta compromete a todos.

ABSTRACT

The study seeks to analyze the configurations and new forms adopted by the state and society in the preamble of 21st century. Two structures within two projects in the same direction: globalization and postmodernity. The scope shows that on the world scene, the expansion of anonymous forces from a strictly globalize corpus has made that increase inequalities, social protests, the harming of rights, questioning of treaties and loss of geo-cultural identities. The threat increases, if to the latter is added, climatic calamities, wars, terrorism, poverty, violence and planetary insecurity, creation of nuclear weapons or biochemistry, etc. Under these lines, the vulnerability of society before the God-Market, it has made the vast majority assume behaviors of irresponsible consumption, and that life itself, mercantile and have an offer price. Furthermore, the fragility of government States and institutions has led them to their lands being desecrated by colossal machineries associated with extractive capitalism and other derivatives. The range is wide, and detect the problem and the response commits everybody.
