La integración latinoamericana: un análisis constitucional

Resumen

Concebir la integración latinoamericana desde este artículo conlleva a un análisis desde la Europa de los seis. A fin de recorrerlos tres grupos fundamentales que lo conformaban, aquellos que contenían disposiciones expresas relativas a las limitaciones de soberanía, los que no la tuvieron pero le fueron introducidas y los que nunca la tuvieron. El estudio incluye los hechos fundamentales que se derivan de la mesa redonda de Bogotá. En ella figuran planteamientos y consideraciones que abundan y que nos permiten determinar los obstáculos que se presentan en la búsqueda de la integración de los países de América Latina, se asume así un planteamiento que queda a disposición de los lectores.
