In recent decades, special interest has been paid to the implementation of the Academic Credit System in undergraduate professional training, signifying a process of conceptual reformulation of the entire organization of the curriculum. It requires a close link with several university processes and sub-processes, where the Management of the Teaching Secretariat stands out, which allows the coherent and articulated development of the processes of planning, organization, control, preservation and monitoring of academic results from entry, during their stay and until graduation. The purpose of this paper is to present the partial results of research on the subject. From bibliographic systematization and first field studies. The results are presented with the concepts and conceptions that sustain the object of study and the first reflections obtained from the actors involved in this process.
